Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

Develop Business In Energy Sector
Identifies current and future customer service requirements
Prepare and deliver technical presentations
provide sales support
Solve problems of Clients
providing technical information and training
Make Quotations

Sourcing potential new customers.
Maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
Traveling to the customers location to talk about our product range.
Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products.
Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.
Composing tender documents and customer proposals.
Generating purchase orders and sales receipts.
Maintaining strong customer relations.
Attending product training courses and seminars.

Meeting sales targets.

Forecast Sales Opportunities / Bookings for Annual Operating Plans / Budgets.
Market Intelligence. Gathering both technical and commercial informations including competition strategies are an important part of this assignment.

Work in line with the Companys compliance and business conduct guidelines

Establish maintain and improve on customer contacts customer relationship and communication
New customers acquisition.

Coordination with Technical Team to Offer best Technical & Commercial solutions for our customers.


Required Candidate profile

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of power plant operations electricity and gas markets
  • Knowledge of fundamental energy market analysis capacity markets environmental markets demand side management/energy efficiency electric utility resource planning approaches
  • Demonstrated capability of effectively communicating complex ideas and analysis verbally in document format (Word) and in presentation format (Power Point).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to research and learn new techniques
  • Ability to articulate the business problem to be analyzed quickly identify the critical elements of the problem achieve a highquality answer in a timely fashion and synthesize answers to resonate with decision makers
  • Excellent communication skills including strong verbal presentation and technical writing abilities
  • Team player with the ability to be a selfstarter and work independently as needed




Requirements

Business Development Executive Qualification:

Bachelors/Master s degree In Energy/Mech Engg/ Electronics Engg/ MBA

Strong knowledge of scientific and technical products.
Attention to details
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.
Ability to travel.


Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. The ability to work as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Effective communication skills. Detail-oriented.
