Responsibilities - Oversee daytoday operations of the hotel ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise and train staff members including front desk housekeeping and maintenance.
- Manage guest services ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary goals.
- Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate and improve operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing hotel policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Essential Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role in the hotel industry.
