Housekeeping Supervisor - Private Palace

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join the staff of our esteemed company owners palace in Doha Qatar The successful candidate will oversee the housekeeping operations within the palace ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness organization and maintenance are upheld

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
  
• To ensure all palace areas are clean organized and wellmaintained to the highest standards
  
• Handle the care cleaning and maintenance of all the palaces textiles materials and laundry operations
  
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards
  
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies materials and equipment
  
• Coordinate with the Palace Manager and other staff for special requirements or events
  
• To ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  

Requirements

Age Between to years old

Education Hold any relevant educational certificate

Experience Proven housekeeping experience preferably in a highend or luxury setting Management experience is a plus

Language Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Certifications Any professional certifications in housekeeping or hospitality are advantageous

Ability to relocate to Doha Qatar and adapt to the cultural and working environment

High level of professionalism integrity and discretion

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
