Due to company growth we are supporting our client in their search for an experienced Technical Manager to join the technical team in their head office in Warrington.

The Company:

The Position:
This position has come about due to the company s continual growth within the market.
As the Technical Manager you will be responsible for leading the existing team of permanent and contract staff in the development and design of new products and solutions.
Some of your responsibilities with be:
Create and managing the annual yearly budget for the technical office.
Working closely with the CEO to ensure the efficient and profitable running of the company.
Ensuring operational processes are efficient and followed.
Assisting in continuous improvement throughout the company.
The estimation of project and task hours and managing work through the company processes.
Continuously developing, managing and delivering new process and development strategies.
Making sure that the Engineering team are working in conjunction with AS9120 & ISO9001 QMS.
