About the Role

SoftLabs is seeking Project Support Officers AI in Government Taskforce for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in Canberra and Sydney

Requirements

• A proven track record in project support consistently delivering projects on time and within budget 
  
• Experienced in preparing high quality project management documents in alignment with best practice 
  
• Effective negotiation and communication skills to support internal and external stakeholder engagement 
  
• Strong analytical skills problems solving and organizational skills to manage competing priorities are essentials 
  
• Responsive team player who provides exception administrative and project support to a highprofile project team
  

Essential Criteria

• Demonstrate an ability to manage and support the development of project artefacts including schedules deliverables risks and issues in tight timeframes
  
• Extensive experience in drafting and preparation of briefs correspondence and reports including submissions for reporting to Senior Executives in government
  
• Demonstrate an ability to be collaborative and connected form productive working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
  
• Relevant qualifications in project support
