Travel Consultants Remote

This is a remote position.

We're in search of new Travel Consultants to join our team. This is a remote role that simply demands your enthusiasm and passion for travel, a strong desire to assist others, and a display of exceptional customer service abilities.

Job Duties:

1. Assess and assess clients for their travel needs, including inquiring about their travel preferences, budget, and more.

2. Create travel quote proposals for clients.

3. Once the quote is accepted, complete the client's booking by processing their payment.

4. Inform clients about important details related to their upcoming travel, such as what to anticipate, necessary travel documents, activities, excursions, and more.

5. Keep the lines of communication open with clients to ensure their travel desires and preferences are satisfied.

6. Participate in travel training sessions and seminars.

7. Keep a record of all travel bookings and travel commissions.

Required Qualifications:

- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

- Sales experience is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills.
