Our Client a design company in Riyadh are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Saudi national
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Design job description and interview questions in line with position requirements
- Source potential candidates through online channel
- Compile lists of mostsuitable candidates by assessing their CVs portfolios and references
- Create and implement endtoend hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
- Determine selection criteria
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
- Plan interview and selection procedure including screening calls assessments
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies such as an employer branding initiative to build pipelines for potential applicants
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Maintain proper records of applicants information interactions interview details CVs and other details in an organized manner
Requirements
- years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role
- Bachelor degree in human resources management or similar field
- Experience in fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media CV databases and professional networks
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
