Key Responsibilities

• Conducting nursing assessments and developing individualized care plans

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care
  
• Monitoring and evaluating residents health and wellbeing
  
• Providing emotional support to residents and their families
  

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid nursing qualification and registration (NMC) or awaiting for NMC PIN
  
• Previous experience in nursing preferably in a care home setting
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care
