Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
Accurately and efficiently ring on POS and accurately maintain all cash
Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager
Ability to process information/merchandise through register system
Ability to communicate with associates and guests
Ability to read count and write to accurately complete all documentation
Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
Ability to work varied hours/days including nights weekends and holidays as needed
To be totally familiar with the composition of all menu items service and charges
To ensure cash stand is adequately stocked with replacements
Be aware of and practice good guests relations assisting the guest in any way
Answer guest questions and provide information on meal charges
Compute and record totals of meal transactions
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
Greet guests approaching the cash stand professionally
Issue receipts refunds credits or change due to guests
