Bookkeeper Controller

A growing West Chester-based F&B and Productions company seeks an experienced multi-venue restaurant or entertainment Bookkeeper / Controller. We have multiple locations and are growing. Come grow with us!

Bookkeeper / Controller Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in a similar role with a minimum volume of $25M
• A Bachelors's degree in Business or Accounting
• A stable job history with a minimum of 2 years tenure in previous roles
• Hospitality accounting experience is needed, and restaurant operations experience is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with cloud-based Restaurant365 is highly preferred
• Experience with Aloha point-of-sale is needed
• CPA not required
• Daily cash receipts, cash disbursements, general accounting transactions, and project accounting
• Input and reconcile weekly payroll wages & tips allocation
• Preparation of monthly/annual financial statements and audits
• Work closely with the CEO to set and manage venue and project budgets
