Traveler will automatically be declined. **Only submit traveler who can work schedule in posting and interested in the unit.We are seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to:Join our team of Family Medicine providers who provide diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic illnesses, gynecological care, and urgent care.Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment.Prepare patients for examination, obtain vital signs, document chief complaint, medications, and allergies, and perform EKG s.Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a diverse patient population.Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education.Minimum Requirements: Facility Requirement: Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (address must be included in traveler's profile). Experience: Traveler must have completed two years experience as Certified Medical Assistant or LPN. Traveler must have prior travel experience.Experience in family medicine preferred. Licensure and Certification:Certified as CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification. BLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLYReferences: Needs 2 completed references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only for work experience in the last two years). Floating This position will float between clinics. The traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple clinics, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler s assignment, if the primary clinic no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another clinic in order to complete contract. Location: UW Health Yahara Clinic: 1050 E Broadway, Madison, WI Parking: Free onsite. Shift: 40 hrs/week. Day, 8 hr shift, Monday through Friday,8:00am - 5:00pm as needed by clinic operations.
