Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for our Aerospace facility in Wichita KS Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints in a timely manner with courtesy and professionalism

Essential Job Functions

• Serve as primary point of contact for an entire statement of work and responsible for ontime delivery costs and overall performance
  
• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services take or enter orders cancel accounts or obtain details of complaints
  
• Manage daily/weekly monitoring of customer communication tools and status reports including project plans milestone and horse blankets
  
• Monitor and control program Non Recurring Expenses (NRE)
  
• Be able to communicate manufacturing technical details to the customer
  
• Review and approve purchase order changes affecting contractual schedules
  
• Provide strategic guidance on daytoday program issues
  
• Ability to interface effectively with multiple functional departments Contracts Engineering Programming Shipping and Quality Assurance to raise awareness of critical items and discuss proper prioritization to ensure ontime delivery
  
• Create and update excel spreadsheets predicting potential sales over a period of time
  
• Ensure all major risks have assigned owners mitigation plans and have been communicated to all stakeholders
  
• Ability to use independent judgment to identify improvement opportunities within certain areas
  
• Ability to selfmanage workload and prioritizes in an organized fashion with general supervision
