Project HSE Manager

1. Ensure adherence to the operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) defined for service center inbound operations
2. Monitor the daily in-scan and an out-scan of shipments and related paperwork
3. Check pre-alerts to track daily loads at the service centers and plan delivery schedules accordingly
4. Conduct daily staff briefings, including communication regarding any operational changes, route changes, etc.
5. Check and hand over delivery sheets to the delivery staff
6. Ensure safe, timely, and profitable delivery of shipments to customers and reduce instances of undelivered shipments, RTOs, etc.
7. Handle all exception cases at the service center and communicate the same to Hubs, Origins, and Customer Services for resolution
8. Follow up with the origin for non-delivery exceptions and alternate instructions; On a daily basis recheck exceptions of the previous day and ensure follow-up of the same
9. Ensure safe handling of all shipments at the service center and report any damaged cases to the origin
10. Handle security exceptions in the service center along with the security team
11. Conduct regular audits of deliveries and status update to ensure the correctness of information flow to clients.
12. Monitor expenses by way of adherence to vehicle log checks daily and ensure timely reimbursement of fuel conveyance expenses to staff/ PDA.
13. Ensure daily updation, allocation, and collection of OTM machines for deliveries.
14. Collect COD cash collected by the delivery staff, cross-check the same with the delivery sheet, and submit the same to the branch cashier.
15. Monitor the performance of staff in the Service Centre and ensure the conduct of training for regular staff, PDAs, etc. in line with the training programs designed centrally.
16. Ensure adequate manning in terms of full-time employees, PDAs, etc.
17. Generate and maintain MIS related to the service center.

1. Provide direction, guidance, and support to employees to help them discharge their duties effectively.

1. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics.
2. Should be experienced in managing heavy loads, First Mile and Last Mile floor operations.
3. Must be a Graduate.
4. Should be from Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban areas.
5. Must have excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
