We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design tools and UI/UX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs, demonstrating growth in their skills and an eagerness to contribute to our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Design and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project goals.

- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and UI/UX to ensure our designs are current and user-friendly.

- Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant software to bring concepts to life.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs accordingly.

- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
