الوصف الوظيفي
The Staff Pad is seeking in home Caregivers/CNAs to be a part of a growing home health organization.
Expectations:
- Position is on call, hours arent guaranteed/will vary based on availability, flexibility and willingness to accept shifts with and without notice
- Must be able to travel 15-25 miles from home
- Flexibility to switch to a different case at the last minute as clients need changes
- Case type vary- 1:1 care & supplemental staffing
Responsibilities:
Review client service plans and provide a variety of types of assistance as indicated.
Document assistance provided via note writing.
Provide companionship and supervision to clients with a variety of disabilities, illnesses, disease conditions and needs.
Assist clients with a variety of personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
Assist clients with toileting and incontinence care as needed.
Assist clients with transferring (i.e. bed to chair) and walking ambulation as needed.
Requirements
- 6+ months of verifiable professional experience is a plus but not required
- Non-certified individuals are acceptable
- Personal caregiving experience acceptable
- Must be friendly, polite
- Willingness to learn & coachable
