AI Project Manager

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Data Handling and AI Engineer to join our dynamic team at Wakanow, where you will play a critical role in harnessing the power of data and artificial intelligence to drive innovation and enhance our products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for data collection, processing, database management, AI and machine learning development, software development, data visualization, performance optimization, research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will lead Virtual Agent program at Wakanow Operations in order to optimize processes and improve customer experience.

• Collect, clean, and pre process data for analysis.
  
• Develop data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  
• Work with various data formats, such as CSV, JSON, XML, or databases.
  

• Design and manage databases, including relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, BigQUery).
  
• Write SQL queries and scripts for data retrieval, modification, and optimization.
  
• Implement data storage and retrieval solutions for applications.
  

• Develop machine learning models and algorithms using Python libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain or scikit-learn.
  
• Train, test, and deploy machine learning models for various AI applications.
  
• Implement natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other AI techniques.
  
• Develop Wakanow virtual agent program for Operations and Customer Experience
  

• Write Python code for building software applications that leverage data and AI capabilities.
  
• Develop APIs and web services for data and AI integration.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into existing systems.
  

• Create data visualizations using libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
  
• Communicate insights from data analysis and AI results through charts and graphs.
  

Performance Optimization

• Optimize code and queries for better performance and scalability.
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot data and AI systems to ensure they run smoothly.
  

Research and Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and data science.
  
• Experiment with new techniques, tools, and frameworks to improve data and AI solutions.
  

• Document code, data processes, and AI models for knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
  

• Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other team members to achieve project goals.
  
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on data and AI-related issues.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in data handling, database management, AI, machine learning, and software development.
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  
• Strong knowledge of AI libraries and frameworks.
  
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components.
  
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents
  
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.Experience with data visualization tools.
  
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
