Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. Pricing and Cost Analysis: Provide clients with transparent pricing information and cost breakdowns for their travel packages. Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary travel documents, such as visas, passports, and travel insurance. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Sales and Marketing: Promote travel packages and special offers to clients, potentially generating new business through referrals and marketing efforts. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, including ethical and legal standards.
