If you are a top performing Insurance Producer - we want to talk to you! The Agency is seeking talent in the Insurance Industry across a variety of roles, including Insurance Producer and Insurance Agent. As a Specialty Lines Insurance Producer/Agent, you will focus on unique and niche insurance products. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and acquiring clients seeking specialty insurance coverage.
- Conducting specialized insurance needs assessments.
- Collaborating with underwriters and carriers to customize coverage.
- Presenting unique and tailored insurance solutions to clients.
- Assisting clients with policy management and inquiries.
- Staying informed about niche insurance products and market trends.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships within specialized sectors.
Requirements
- State-issued insurance license.
- Proven experience in specialty insurance sales.
- Strong knowledge of unique insurance products.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in insurance software and systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance account management. Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Insurance licenses and certifications (e.g., CIC, CPCU) are a plus.
