الوصف الوظيفي
A well-known, private high school in Boston and is looking for an Administrative/Executive Assistant to join their team! The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of administrative experience and has worked in a private school setting.
Requirements
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not required
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
