We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Nurse Practitioner who has a valid NP license in NYS with extensive wound care experience and is willing to be on the go. If you meet these requirements, Look no further- we have the perfect role for you!

About us:

Revive Wound Care is a mobile wound care group, providing wound care in a home-care setting as well as in nursing homes/facilities.

Qualifications:

- NP or PA license in the state of NY

- Experience in Clinical wound care and competent doing sharp/surgical Debridement, the provider should also be well familiar with all basic products used in wound care.

- Very open to traveling

Responsibilities:

- Rounding to Nursing Homes and House Calls assessing and treating patients with chronic wounds such as venous, arterial, pressure, and ulcers.
