Summary
We are seeking a high motivated Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team. The AE will play an integral role and have significant impact on the company s success by generating revenue, attaining new customers, and helping customers solve cybersecurity and compliance problems and challenges through our services and solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Attain new customers and develop business within existing customers through execution of sales best practices
- Manage and execute the sales cycle and workflow from prospect qualification to closing of business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, networking, and other techniques
- Develop and foster relationships with various business partners and stakeholders
- Develop a deep familiarity with cybersecurity and governance, risk and compliance service
- Partner and collaborate with teammates and colleagues to identify new sales opportunities, close current opportunities and support existing customers
- Utilize CRM and other systems available to manage contacts, forecasts, pipeline, and reports to drive sales opportunities and customer relationships
- Exceed customer experience by delivering sales and customer service outcomes at the highest quality possible
- Develop customer account growth strategies that will lead to a well-executed, team-based selling approach

- Excellent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, quotas, and metrics
- Extremely motivated to be a high income earner and top revenue producer
- Exceptional communication skills verbal, interpersonal & written
- Significant history of successfully selling cybersecurity services to the financial services / fintech sectors
- Experience with CRM and office productivity software
- Solid prospecting, negotiation, closing and customer relationship skills
- Consistent follow-through and time management skills
- Ability to self-manage and be team-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
Open to in person, remote if located in Portland, OR, Vancouver, WA or Dallas/Forth Worth, TX, or hybrid

Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships Technical skills required as they relate to the use of the product or service Accountability and personal organization are essential Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards A communications or marketing degree is preferred Responsibilities Establish clear client retention goals Process milestones for the customers and employees to work toward Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software Promote the value of the product Recommend services and products with the knowledge of the customer's needs Promote value through customer experience Assist in creating training courses and educational materials Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience Report directly to the VP of Business Development and collaborate on identifying gaps and improving our customer experience.
