Location: Westerville, OH (Candidate needs to be in office 4-5 days a week)

Job Description:
- Ensures that the organization maximizes the benefits of the platform by aligning it with business needs.
- Maintaining serviceNow Paltforms performance and security and driving continuous improvement.
- This position is responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the ServiceNow platform to optimize IT service delivery and automation across the organization.
- This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify and address business process improvement opportunities.
- Overseeing platform configurations, and ensuring the platforms availability, performance, and security.
- The role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and improvement using ServiceNow.
Platform Implementation:
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Configuration and Customization:
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to address specific business needs.
- Manage the development and maintenance of custom applications, scripts, and integrations.
Platform Governance:
- Define and enforce platform governance policies, including access controls, data security, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL).
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the platform.
Platform Maintenance and Performance:
- Monitor platform performance and availability, proactively addressing issues to minimize downtime.
- Apply patches and updates as needed to maintain platform security and functionality.
User Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators to maximize platform adoption and proficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with ServiceNow vendors, including software licensing, contracts, and support agreements.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate platform effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvements.
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform configurations, processes, and workflows.
- Keep records of changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and expand the use of ServiceNow within the organization.
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow administration, development, and configuration.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
