Seeking a candidate that is looking to take on a leadership role under the mentorship of a regional director and lead a busy office that is an integral part of the Kingston community. This position also will include the ability to lead, grow, and mentor staff as well.
ACCESS PT is a 100% PT/Family-owned and managed company that operates over 50 exceptional clinics across 4 states. We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Physical Therapist to oversee and grow our Kingston, NY facility in a Director capacity.
This position is an opportunity for clinical growth while mentoring staff to deliver amazing patient care. The job requires communication with the Regional Director on the growth and success of the office. The Director will be responsible for patient care and daily operations of the clinic as well as developing relationships with referral sources. The ideal candidate is someone who is a passionate Physical Therapist that focuses on overall patient care and is looking for growth as a leader and to develop clinical skills further.
What You Will Do as a Physical Therapist Director:
Build meaningful connections with your patients.
Develop customized plans of care based on the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices and treatments.
Provide timely communication with referral sources, patients and leaders.
Set and achieve professional goals and career growth.
Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Resolve customer service issues.
Schedule meetings and in-services.
Help formulate and execute marketing ideas and look for new business opportunities.
Facilitate communication between clinical staff and customer service specialists.
Help hire and train new staff members.
Arrange community outreach activities.
Help educate the staff on different treatment techniques and the different ways you can go about treating different diagnoses.
