Job Title: Oracle DRP Resource

Position Overview:
We are looking for an Oracle DRP Resource with a strong background in Oracle's Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) module to join our team in Denver, CO. This role is a critical part of our supply chain planning team and requires expertise in configuring, implementing, and optimizing Oracle DRP solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ASCP, a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, and the ability to provide consultative advice to meet client requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Required:
- Implement and work with the Oracle Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) module, including configuration, data setup, and integration with other Oracle modules and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of DRP into our supply chain.
- Utilize a thorough understanding of the end-to-end supply chain planning process to recommend, design, and deliver effective solutions.
- Enable transformation to a pull-based system, driven by customer orders and forecasts.
- Drive manufacturing based on demand prioritization using product segmentation (ABCXYZ).
- Manage ATP allocation based on demand prioritization and customer priorities.
- Synchronize the execution and ATP plans.
- Provide consultative advice on other plan requests, such as EVAL, EXEC, ATP, DRP, FOD, and Min-Max, and share best practices.
- Present findings, plan configurations, and deliverables to leadership, including SC VP, Applications VP, CFO, and CEO.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to document project plans, progress reports, and requirements in a clear and organized format.
- Be responsive to questions, convey information, and facilitate productive conversations.
Preferred:
- Experience working with multiple manufacturing plants and distribution centers.
- Proficiency in setting up Min-Max plans.
- Project management experience.
- Oracle certification in Supply Chain Modules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in implementing and working with Oracle DRP and ASCP.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle supply chain planning processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
