pDue to our clients continued global expansion they are looking for an experienced Facilities Executive to join our team in Bracknell Berkshire The Facilities Executive ensures the Companys physical properties are maintained whilst managing costs to a minimum Facilities experience is essential ppstrongAs a Facilities Executive you will be responsible forstrongppstrongFacilitiesstrongpulliSchedule building maintenance tasks and facilities related appointmentsliliEstablish review and improve facilities policies processes and procedures for Radius CourtliliLiaise with companies service providers and other facilities related contractors including but not limited to building maintenance cleaning heating electrical and water treatment Ensure work is carried out to high standards and in accordance with agreed SLAs following up on any deficienciesliliEnsure legal efficient and costeffective waste management and recyclingliliEnsure proper authorisation is obtained for all activities including from local authorities eg building controlliulpstrongContracts and invoicingstrongpulliArrange service contracts and building maintenance contractsliliSource quotes for services and equipmentliliRaise appropriate Purchasing Orders and verify invoicing is correctliulpstrongEnvironment Health and SafetystrongpulliEnsure first aid fire and other emergency provisions are adequate including regular checks on equipment eg emergency lighting electrical equipment and wiring fire extinguishers fire evacuations booking courses for first aiders and fire wardensliliPerformance measuring and monitoring monitor and review environment health and safety activitiesliulpstrongAdministrationstrongpulliProvide reports and analysis as requiredliliAdministrate facilities paperwork related logs and record keepingliliAssist with other administrative tasks as requiredliulpstrongThe successful candidate will demonstratestrongpulliExperience of working in a Facilities Administration roleliliExperience of working with facilities related contractorsliliGood level of written and verbal EnglishliliGood interpersonal skillsliliGood attention to detailliliGood organisation skillsliliGood prioritisation and timemanagement skillsliulpstrongThis role will be office based and require a certain level of flexibility due to out of hours requirementsstrongp
