SunTechPros Inc. is hiring for its direct client NC-ITS 4 Desktop Support Specialists
Duration: 10 months+
Interview: Webcam Interview Only
The last date: 11/02/2023
The rate: A Maximum of $22/hr on our W2, all-inclusive
Job description:
Four Deployment and Desktop Support contractors are required for Mecklenburg County.
***These are on-site positions in Charlotte, NC.
Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide limited leadership to others; able to manage medium complexity work efforts; may have industry experience.
Description (including, but not limited to):
Facilitating the refresh of hardware (laptops & desktops, peripherals, etc.) to bring equipment current with county hardware and security policies. Will be directly responsible for reimaging existing laptops and desktops, as well as deploying new laptops and desktops (and accompanying peripherals) at multiple locations.
Skills Matrix: (Please mention the number of years of experience you possess for each of the skills below, and answer the questions):
1. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds regularly. Required -- Years
2. Large-scale deployments of 500+ machines preferred. Highly-desired (2 years) -- Years
3. Must be able to stand and move around in a classroom-style setting daily. Required -- Years
4. Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN client, Microsoft Office suite, and Windows 10. Required (2 years) -- Years

Q2: Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by CAI management in advance, and contact information must be provided to CAI so that the resource can be reached during his or her absence. The Client has the right to dismiss the resource if he or she does not return to work by the agreed-upon date. Do you accept this requirement? (Yes/No)
Q3: Please indicate how soon this candidate is available to start work. Vendors are encouraged to submit candidates that are available for the duration of the assignment.
