Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytics Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on managerial experience and a deep understanding of enterprise-level analytics. Healthcare experience is a significant plus. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the strategic initiatives of the department in alignment with organizational goals.
• Supporting, motivating, and managing teams responsible for data collection, processing, modeling, analysis, and insights.
• Ensuring transparent communication by leading department meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Managing department resource needs and promoting professional growth.
• Overseeing the data/report request process, prioritizing requests, and managing resources and timelines.
• Collaborating with executive leadership to support data-driven decisions.
• Managing finances of projects or areas.
• Serving as an advisor to leaders and executives, influencing data-driven analytics.
• Managing relationships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting reporting and analytics needs, including regulatory audits and submissions.
• Overseeing the design and delivery of analytic solutions/products.
• Providing timely executive summaries and status updates to leadership and customers.
• Serving as an analytics advisor on committees for data needs and solutions.
• Mentoring and coaching team members.
• Implementing quality controls and departmental standards.
• Overseeing the health, availability, and management of foundational analytic systems/tools.
• Managing data transformation into the Enterprise Data Warehouse Platform.
• Encouraging the use of analytical tools across the organization.
• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Promoting professional growth and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science Analytics, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of industry experience in Analytics and Information systems, with three (3) years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with various analytics tools, including database languages (e.g., SQL), visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), statistical tools (e.g., R, Python), and data science tools.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused and collaborative mindset.
• Result-driven, able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
