The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects negotiating deals and maintaining customer relationships & satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ecommerce accounts including establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers addressing their inquiries concerns and requests promptly
• Actively monitor account performance including sales profitability and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and maximize revenue potential
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and contracts to prospective customers
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
• Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to stay ahead of the market changes
• Execute ecommerce strategies tailored to each account aligning them with the clients goals and objectives
• Implement best practices in ecommerce translation services pricing promotions and customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing and operations) to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce initiatives
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of ecommerce strategies and make datadriven recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field
• years of Account Management experience in the Ecommerce industry is a must
• Selling Services in the Ecommerce industry is highly preferred
• Having experience in the localization industry is a plus
• Proficiency in English
• Experience In the GCC market is a plus
