The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects negotiating deals and maintaining customer relationships & satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of ecommerce accounts including establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers addressing their inquiries concerns and requests promptly
- Actively monitor account performance including sales profitability and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and maximize revenue potential
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and contracts to prospective customers
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to stay ahead of the market changes
- Execute ecommerce strategies tailored to each account aligning them with the clients goals and objectives
- Implement best practices in ecommerce translation services pricing promotions and customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing and operations) to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce initiatives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of ecommerce strategies and make datadriven recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field
- years of Account Management experience in the Ecommerce industry is a must
- Selling Services in the Ecommerce industry is highly preferred
- Having experience in the localization industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Experience In the GCC market is a plus
