IT Technical Aid - COS

This is a 100% onsite position with an overnight schedule Monday - Friday.

Time: 11.30 PM to 8 AM (Night shift)

payrange: $24/hr on W2

Position Description: Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of information technology devices including personal computers, video display terminals, printers, cabling and other hardware.

Skills Required: The IT Technical Aid will possess knowledge and experience in customer service; decision making; organizational awareness; problem solving; oral communication, speaking and writing; troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Skills Preferred: Ability to process complex requests, accurately document and audit the process/outcome. Ability to work with minimal supervision and produce high quality work product.

Experience Required: Two (2) years of highly specialized clerical experience involved in an information systems environment including the use or installation of desktop software and/or operating high-speed commercial printers.

Experience Preferred: Two (2) years operating high-speed commercial printers; completing complex print requests, maintining printers to manufacturers specification, interfacing with customers in a team environment.

Education Required: A high school diploma or equivalent.
