Live Intake Notes:
2 Junior Engineers currently on the team
The team is responsible for meeting spaces and engineering solutions
MS Teams experience is required (migrating to MS Teams)
Audio visual experience is required
Experience designing the technology for meeting spaces
Open to candidates with extensive experience in audio visual as audio visual technicians

Key Responsibilities:
| 1. | Deployment and Configuration: o Lead the installation, configuration, and testing of MTR hardware and software components in meeting rooms. o Ensure MTR systems are set up to provide reliable audio, video, and screen-sharing capabilities for meetings. o Work with internal teams and external vendors to enroll the systems into Intune with appropriate conditional policies to support security and compliance. |
| 2. | System Maintenance and Optimization: o Regularly update and maintain MTR bot Android and Windows leveraging the Team Rooms Pro portal monitoring firmware, software patches, and security updates. o Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, proactively addressing any issues to minimize downtime. |
| 3. | User Support and Training: o Provide user support for MTR-related issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and offer timely resolutions. o Conduct training sessions and create user guides to educate employees on MTR functionality and best practices. |
| 4. | Integration and Collaboration: o Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of MTR with other collaboration tools and systems. o Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and maintenance of MTR hardware. |
| 5. | Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain comprehensive documentation of MTR configurations, settings, and user guides. o Generate regular reports on system performance, utilization, and user feedback for continuous improvement. |
| 6. | Security and Compliance: o Implement and enforce security protocols and policies to safeguard MTR systems and sensitive data. o Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. |
| 7. | Project Management: o Lead and participate in MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. o Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) in a large enterprise environment. Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing technologies. Certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate). Proficiency in network troubleshooting, endpoint management, and IT security. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. |
