Exp 12+
Location: Hauppauge ,NY(day 1 onsite)

Job Description
the successful delivery of end-to-end Marketing Automation and CRM solutions
Experience using SQL and AMPscript, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio, Ad Studio, Interaction Studio, Datorama and Salesforce CDP
Build custom queries and automation, email templates, AMP (scripted) dynamic emails, and customer journeys
Build custom preference center and experience on progressive profiling
Initiate communication with team(s) and across technical analysis team to ensure implementation, and support end-user training
Contribute to the growth of our Infosys Salesforce team through coaching, knowledge transfer, and teamwork
Share lessons learned and be part of our Salesforce community/family
