Job Title: Business Analyst Lead

Job Description:
As the Business Analyst Lead at Huntington Bank, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes and requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation, ensuring the bank's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements.
Project Management: Lead and manage business analysis efforts for complex projects, ensuring deliverables are on time and within scope.
Data Analysis: Extract, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
Documentation: Create detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing and quality assurance process to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
Change Management: Play a role in change management activities, including training and documentation.
Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks associated with proposed solutions and provide mitigation strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
