Job Title: Business Analyst Lead

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

As the Business Analyst Lead at Huntington Bank, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes and requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation, ensuring the bank's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

  2. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements.

  3. Project Management: Lead and manage business analysis efforts for complex projects, ensuring deliverables are on time and within scope.

  4. Data Analysis: Extract, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for data-driven decision-making.

  5. Documentation: Create detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.

  6. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

  7. Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing and quality assurance process to validate that solutions meet business requirements.

  8. Change Management: Play a role in change management activities, including training and documentation.

  9. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks associated with proposed solutions and provide mitigation strategies.

  10. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  4. Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.

  7. Familiarity with banking processes and regulatory requirements is preferred.

  8. Experience with data analysis tools and software is advantageous.

  9. Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
