School-Based Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - Full-time

• Improve the lives of children and adolescents
• Provide individual, family & group therapy in the school setting
• Collaborate with school staff (teachers, school counselors, administration, etc)
• Support the mental health goals of the school
• Elementary, Middle and High School positions available in several districts
• Full-time position
• No evenings or weekends required

A local service provider with contracts in several school districts is looking for mental health professionals (LSW, LCSW, LPC preferred) who are passionate about serving children, adolescents and families to join their team. This person will work directly in the schools to provide mental health services to students.

Our Ideal School Based Outpatient Therapist

• Master s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, School Counseling or other Human Services related field
• Licensure preferred but not required (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Experience providing outpatient or school-based therapy
• Working knowledge of the DSM 5 and ability formulate a diagnosis and write treatment plans
• Excellent writing skills
• Detailed, organized and timely with paperwork
