Location: Wednesbury
Hours per Week: 36
Hourly Rate: From 19

A purpose-built care facility, is dedicated to providing exceptional elderly care to the local community. With a capacity to accommodate forty-eight individuals, it plays a vital role in enhancing the well-being of seniors.
Our welcoming environment ensures that visitors find convenient parking, while our expansive garden area offers a tranquil space for residents to unwind. Inside, we provide a spacious and well-appointed interior, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
Our en-suite rooms are designed for maximum convenience, and weve established numerous amenities to cater to the needs of our service users. Our professional staff is always available to offer assistance and support, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with their care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Offer emotional support and information to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
- Valid NMC UK Pin or awaiting for one.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Empathy and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.
