Summary: The Salesforce Data Architect Reporting is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data architecture and reporting solutions within the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Architecture Design:
   1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce data architecture and reporting solutions.
   2. Design and maintain data models, objects, and relationships in Salesforce to support reporting needs.
   3. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
2. Data Integration:
   1. Configure and manage data integration between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, data warehouses).
   2. Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to synchronize data and maintain data quality.
3. Report and Dashboard Development:
   1. Create and customize reports and dashboards in Salesforce to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
   2. Develop and maintain real-time and scheduled reports to support business processes.
4. Data Quality and Governance:
   1. Establish and enforce data quality standards, data validation rules, and data governance policies.
   2. Monitor data quality and implement data cleansing and enrichment processes as needed.
5. Performance Optimization:
   1. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data queries and reporting.
   2. Optimize data storage and indexing to ensure efficient data retrieval.
6. User Training and Support:
   1. Provide training and support to Salesforce users on report creation and data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
• Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database design.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience:

• Typically, 5+ years of experience in Salesforce data architecture and reporting.
• Prior experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools is a plus.
