Landa seeks an Administrative Assistant to establish, evaluate, improve, and maintain the organization's core operational and administrative processes to ensure an efficient and productive workflow.
In this role, you will work closely with HQs and act as America s focal point for the various business functions while supporting America s management team with various ad hoc projects.
This position is a temp-to-hire.
Manage administrative tasks that support the ongoing organizational activities and processes, such as:
oAssisting in various marketing-related projects
oOrganizing team meetings, including summary and follow-up action items
oAssisting with document management (NDAs, quotes, and contracts)
oManaging travel bookings
oHandling expense reports
oMaintaining updated communication channels, including America s Monthly Newsletter
oAssisting in drafting e-mail communication and creating presentations
oGenerating quotes, ordering equipment, tracking warranty and replacements and managing inventory
oManaging the administrative aspects of shipments and deliveries
oGathering required documents and approvals for supplier set-up
oOpening purchase requisitions through BizDoc, tracking purchase order approvals and invoice payments
oAssisting in local tax matters and bank-related matters
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive with a positive/can-do approach
Requirements :
Bachelor s Degree in a related field / or 5 years of experience
2 years of administrative experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Good understanding of project accounts and budget codes
Understanding purchasing policies and legal / finance / procurement issues
Willing to travel ~10%
