Managing Director of Travel Healthcare Division

Location:

Hybrid or In-Office, Boca Raton, FL

Salary Range:

$100,000.00 - $150,000

Commission Structure:

Performance bonuses

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in the travel nursing and allied staffing industry working directly with hospital centers, physician clinics/networks, and/or educational facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships with acute care facilities in systems or independent, large physician groups or clinics or community hospitals, and educational facilities, namely the ability to model school assignments and get contracts with school systems.

This long-standing staffing firm has been in the business for 30+ years under the same leadership. This firm staffs the most prevalent industries and is looking to accelerate growth in their travel healthcare staffing division.

About the Role

The ideal candidate for this role would have experience leading a team of sales and recruiters in the travel RN and Allied space and having direct experience communicating with healthcare and educational facilities regarding staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build working relationships with decision makers at medical centers, hospitals, and school networks across the country
  • Interview, hire, lead, train, and manage business development managers, account managers, and recruiters
  • Manage clients relationships and communicate effectively and timely regarding the progress of active searches
  • Work with team to set and strive towards attaining monthly/quarterly/annual goals
  • Demonstrate a strong comprehensive knowledge of the travel RN/Allied staffing industry
  • Foster positive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work culture
  • Work closely with the CEO on the direction of the division

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong understanding of client needs and requirements
  • Expertise in the billing and pay cycle/structure for contract healthcare staff
  • Strong knowledge of the nuances of healthcare staffing schools and hospitals
  • 5+ years of experience in business development and leadership in the travel healthcare recruitment industry
