They will listen, support and encourage their patients to take ownership in the care of their mouth health. Their teams are compassionate, provide ethical treatment recommendations, educate, encourage and deliver pain free dental care to each of their patients.

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  
• Active dental license in the state of Maryland or willingness to obtain
  
• 1 - 5 years of experience in a dental office
  
• New grads with advanced training are encouraged to apply
  
• Easygoing personality, down-to-earth with the ability to work well with a team and take direction from owners, other providers and managers on staff
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
