Under the direction of the COO, the Vice President of Clinical Operations is responsible for the smooth and efficient operations, direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned healthcare facilities within the assigned region. In this capacity, the VP of Clinical Operations carries reasonability for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the operations. Through the clinical structure, the VP of Clinical Operations provides management oversight for the development of high-quality, cost-effective, and integrated clinical programs within the client facilities. The management portfolio held by this leader is notably diverse, with corresponding broad organizational implications and complexity, characterized by substantial scope of responsibility in this respect. The VP of Clinical Operations will exercise management responsibility over assigned healthcare facilities, ensuring efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of clients, patients, physicians, the public and staff. This will either be done directly, or through delegation of responsibility to the management staff.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Management, Business, Nursing, or health-related field required
- Master s degree in Nursing or other clinical degree
- Basic Life Support Certification
