Supply Chain Quality Control Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage the provision of analytical services and technical leadership to all plant’s operations through; informal and formal training of personnel , prevention and resolution of quality issues and reduction of process variability.
• Assure Quality department staff and line personnel conducting quality tests are competent and proficient at performing their tasks. Coach and provide constant feedback required to deliver improved quality personnel performance to deliver uptrend results
• Ensure laboratory is adequately equipped to perform the required test to the appropriate degree of accuracy and precision to ensure product is consistently manufactured and delivered to consumers according to PCE standers.
• Manage the execution and documentation of proper and timely calibration routines for all lab equipment, line gauges and other critical measuring equipment.
• Lead the implementation of the trade quality system throughout the plant operations to assure sustainable performance.
• Manage the implementation of quality assurance systems and procedures. This includes the use of control charting and systematic monitoring and documentation of critical control point variability.
