We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our innovative team in a hybrid role and lead the charge in crafting impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand presence.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing endeavors, overseeing the creation, execution, and evaluation of national, regional, and local marketing campaigns aimed at boosting sales and overall business achievement. Your creative prowess and strategic thinking will be essential in shaping not only the position, but also how our company approaches marketing strategy in the future.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven track record of success in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEM, and SEO.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Deep commitment to achieving departmental and corporate KPIs.

1-2 years of experience in sales or business development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and active listening Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite Proven track record of developing customer relationships Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the sales process and sales methodologies. Experience in construction industry a plus
