Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to connect with people on the telephone and Zoom
• A genuine passion for continual self-growth
• Be coachable and trainable
• Previous experience in social media marketing would be an advantage, but not necessary as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Embrace continuous learning and personal growth via our weekly Zoom training streams
• Using social media to generate leads
• Follow up on leads by calling and following a structured scripted interview (all training provided) to qualify candidates
• Set your own goals and be accountable to yourself
