Residents appearances are meticulously maintained - from impeccable makeup and coordinated attire for the ladies to neatly shaved faces and well-combed hair for the gentlemen. Our staff members consistently radiate positivity and affection towards the residents, treating each interaction with respect and dignity. With a capacity for up to 60 plus service users, our home caters to individuals with general clinical and mild Dementia requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) within the Nursing Home:
- Maintain the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for all residents.
- Conduct thorough physical and psychological assessments for newly admitted residents.
- Develop personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
- Regularly update and maintain accurate care plans and medication records.
- Safely and accurately administer and document medications.
- Foster effective communication with external healthcare providers and suppliers.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of care staff members.
- Ensure efficient scheduling and effective management of rotas.
- Uphold a person-centered approach, ensuring utmost privacy, dignity, and respect for every individual.
Requirements
Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) Role:
- Essential Qualification as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
- Active or Pending NMC PIN
- Clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Clearance
