We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant with extensive experience in managing high-volume accounting processes. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions efficiently, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Location: Clovis area| Compensation: $55K-$65K| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm|Benefits: Great Benefits Offered, Top 5% in the Valley!

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
• Process a high volume of financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant, handling high-volume accounting responsibilities
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
