Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to clients via email, phone, or chat
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients
Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and developments
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
Document technical issues and resolutions in a detailed and accurate manner
Continuously improve knowledge and skills in technical support
Escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate parties
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Assistant or similar role
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in using remote support tools
Ability to adapt to changing technology and work in a fast-paced environment
