ServiceNow Developer

Equinox Consulting Partners is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer. The ServiceNow should be well-versed in developing, testing and deploying service request forms and workflows. This is a HYBRID role where the ServiceNow Developer will be required to be ONSITE two days a week in Peterburg, VA. Only local candidates will be considered.

Skills :

• Develop, maintain, and enhance service request applications on the ServiceNow platform to automate and improve business processes
• Develop test cases for functional, UAT testing, resolution of reported defects and perform integration testing using sample data
• Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC
• Collaborate with the project manager to establish timelines, specifications, and budget
• Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition
• Conduct staff training on new procedures
• Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors
