- Conduct research on various topics using a variety of sources, such as surveys, databases, and academic journals
- Analyze data using statistical methods to identify patterns and trends
- Present research findings to stakeholders, including management and clients, in a clear and concise manner
- Write reports and other documents to communicate research findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketers, and data scientists, to support decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in research methods
- Develop and maintain research databases and libraries
- Support the development and implementation of research projects
- Provide training and support to junior research analysts

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field, such as statistics, economics, or market research
- Strong analytical skills and experience using statistical software, such as R or SPSS
- Experience conducting primary and secondary research, including designing and analyzing surveys and experiments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
