JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the delivery of projects, is experienced in the application of project management processes, and is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of project deliverables on The position is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed to meet the scope, schedule, and budget expectations of the project ; Accountable for adhering to Ellit Groups Project Methodology Standards Tools / Overall accountability for each assigned ;


The number and complexity of projects to be assigned will determine the project manager skill level ; Generally:

  • Entry PM: 3-5 years project management experience, managing small to medium projects, with emphasis on product development, systems, and technology environments

  • Junior PM: 5-8 years of project management and related experience, managing one large or multiple smaller projects

  • Senior PM: 9+ years project management experience, managing large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and partners


Along with project complexity, projects crossing multiple service lines and have multiple facets of work teams and delivery partners, that provide the output of deliverables, and/or multiple complex milestones or critical paths may require more seasoned project


Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project work Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues ;


Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of client. Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being ;

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages all aspects of assigned projects including scope, time and cost
  • Project Plan structure
  • Manages issues, risks, and/or Project Scope Change Management processes and runs timely
  • Identifies and analyzes trends, and recommends solution
  • Approves and oversees project documentation (including version control, that proper templates are used, that team members accurately check documents out/ in, etc) and status reporting
  • Accountable for measuring and monitoring project resource capacity
  • Monitors and reports actual implementation progress against plan
  • Help prioritize projects work and operational activities
  • Holds Project Team Members accountable
  • Monitors, reports, and coordinates with others to resolve issues that jeopardize the project plan timeline
  • Timely Escalation to Manager or Project Sponsor
  • Leads
  • Development of the project charter
  • Identifies required resources across services lines as well as across affiliates
  • Negotiates resource assignment and schedule including overall timeline and key deliverables
  • Works with the implementation team and vendors to get answers to project questions, as assigned
  • Communicates information effectively to other team members
  • Assists in the development of the project training program and related materials as assigned
  • Remains up-to-date on changes and project updates
  • Responsible for providing education and support for Project Team Members in complying to our Ellit branding and delivery standards and helping project team members think through project plan deliverables
  • Coaches Project Managers and project management staff on principles and techniques of effective project management
  • Accepts other assignments for specialty projects as requested and deemed appropriate by the assigned Manager
  • Manages project related risks & issues
  • Disseminates information related to project timeline and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project infrastructure
  • Ensures workspace is available and that all team members are given appropriate levels of access
  • Files documents in the appropriate spot
  • Posts project deliverables and templates
  • Scheduling meetings, including arranging for required rooms, materials and supplies
  • Preparing agendas, and takes and distributes minutes
  • Capturing and following-up on action items and assignments


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have led Epic Implementation as a Project or Program Manager
  • Ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity
  • Creating and managing the project scope and the project management plan
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools
  • Manage various workstreams by creating project plans, managing deliverables, scheduling meetings, chasing actions/assignments and tracking decisions made
  • Organize project work into Phases, Work streams
  • Track and report status on entire project, individual phases, individual work streams, milestones, resource utilization, project finances ( burn-down)
  • Create and manage project documentation including but not limited to scope statement, schedule, budget, quality plan, risks, issues, and communication plan
  • Conduct regular status meetings to ensure stakeholder s expectations are Produce written project weekly and monthly status reports
  • Attend and prepare agenda for various project and sync up meetings, capture meeting minutes and prepare action items
  • Demonstrate experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholder groups, including senior leaders
  • Facilitates project, sponsor, and executive level meetings


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong lnowledge of Epic Beaker AP and CP
  • Knowledge of general Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum )
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and ideas effectively to all levels within the organization
