ABOUT THE POSITION
The Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining current relationships and generating new business by creating opportunities to present capabilities to contracting officers and technical buyers, identifying contract and teaming opportunities through networking as well as monitoring federal contracting websites, developing capture plans to meet/exceed sales goals, and preparing and submitting sources sought responses and proposals for Osage LLC in accordance with the Small Business Administration 8(a) and Tribal 8(a) This is a full-time exempt Typical days and hours of work are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am 5:00
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set goals and develop plans for business and revenue
- Maintain current contract relationships and identify areas for potential new
- Maintain a strong understanding of company services, as well as business position and competition to keep Osage LLC and its entities
- Research, plan, and implement new contract opportunities and
- Monitor contract availability and identity opportunities for Osage LLC and its
- Perform research, planning and budgeting to ensure accurate proposal
Ensure successful preparation and submission of government contract
- Manage marketing budget for travel, conference attendance, proposal development costs, and other services related to business development and new
- Coordinate with Osage LLC management team to ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, track project performance, and develop past performance narratives for use in
- Stay informed on Small Business Administration 8(a) and Tribal 8(a) Business Development Program policies and
- Stay up to date on Federal, State and Tribal government contracting laws, policies and
- Maintain an understanding of The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
- Represent Osage LLC and its corresponding entities with integrity and
- Attend conferences and industry
- Complete other tasks as

Travel is expected and may vary from month to month and average 25-35% of
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience
Experience working with Native American
Experience with Small Business Administration 8(a) and Tribal 8(a)
Knowledge of Federal, State and Tribal government contracting laws, policies and
Knowledge of The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
