Resiliency Program Manager

This diverse, collaborative non-profit is focused on providing equity to low-to-moderate-income communities through clean energy They are seeking an organized, trailblazing Resiliency Program Manager to lead their solar research and resiliency hub In this role, you will design & implement community-based programs, secure participation of local stakeholders, lead educational meetings & listening sessions, compile & interpret stakeholder responses, and collaborate with project partners to develop & test new metrics for evaluating This is a full-time, permanent position based in Washington, , with a hybrid schedule (in-office twice a month for two days at a time) and regular local
Requirements
Must Haves
- Proven successful track record fostering community involvement while working with a wide variety of stakeholders; passion for engaging with local residents
- At least 5 years spent working with contracts and managing budgets
- 5+ years of research and data management experience
- Background in program or project management (4+ years) with strong organization and detail-orientation skills
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and written & oral communication abilities
- Bachelors degree
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with solar and/or sustainability
- Master s degree
- PMP and/or LEED certification
- Background working at a nonprofit organization
